CALL TO WORSHIP
The earth is the Lord’s and all that is in it, the world, and those who live in it.
God has founded it on the seas, and established it on the rivers.
Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord and who shall stand in God's house?
Those who have clean hands and pure hearts, those who embrace the truth.
They will receive God's blessing.
Such is the company of those who seek God's face.
—from Ps. 24
OPENING PRAYER
Eternal God, when we opened our eyes this morning, we saw your hand at work in the splendor of creation and in the beauty of human life. Touched by your hand, we know that our world is holy. In this hour of worship, plant the seed of your word within us, that we may have the wisdom and courage to make the source of our blessings known to those around us; in Jesus' Name. Amen.
PRAYER OF THE DAY
O God of our lives, as we gather in this place on this day of rest. we feel your presence within us and among us.
O God of our lives, as we gather in this place on this day of rest. we feel your presence within us and among us.
Open our eyes to see the hope that is in you; reveal yourself to all who are blind to your existence.
Make your face to shine on the lonely, and give your peace to those who are discouraged.
Fill the weak and the poor and the burdened with your strength: may they lean on you and be filled with the power of your Spirit.
Confront the mighty and the rich and the satisfied with what they lack. Grant them generosity and a willingness to be vulnerable.
Help us all to find true freedom in you, fill us with love for our Creator and our neighbors, and be to us the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
We ask this in the Name of Jesus Christ, who with you and the Holy Spirit, lives and reigns, God forevermore. Amen.
INVITATION
No matter who you or where you are on life's journey, God made you and loves you more than you know. So come to the table to taste and see God's goodness: You're a child of God, and you're welcome here.

COMMUNION PRAYER
We praise and thank you, beloved Creator, for all your blessings. Though we seek you in creation, we meet you face to face in your Son Jesus. So send your Holy Spirit to settle on the gifts we have laid before you. Help us to discern his body and blood in the bread and the wine. Send your Spirit upon us as well; fill us with your love and wisdom; make us one and send us forth to share your message of grace with a lonely world. This we pray in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Go now in the peace that passes understandinG to share the love of God in Jesus Christ. And may Almighty God + Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, be with you. Amen.
